  • When will my order ship?

    • All pieces listed are ready to ship within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Please note the 2-3 business days does not include the time needed to reach you once shipped. All orders are shipped with tracking.

 

  • Is your jewelry handmade?

    • Yes, each piece is made by hand in my studio, now located in York, PA. 

 

  • Can you resize my ring?

    • Many of our rings can be resized. However, I'm unable to resize any electroformed pieces.  Please double check your ring size prior to ordering.

 

  • Are the ring sizes listed in US sizes?

    • Yes, all sizes are listed in US sizes. If you need help determining your ideal ring size, please do not hesitate to reach out. 

  • Returns and Exchanges:

 

  • Do you accept custom orders?

    • Yes, I currently accept custom orders on a  limited basis and are only available for solid gold (yellow, white or rose) and sterling silver pieces. At this time I do not accept custom orders for electroformed or vermeil pieces.  Please visit the custom design page or reach out via email. 

  • Warranty
    • Our two-year warranty covers the manufacturing of each sold item or custom-made piece, however, we do not warranty issues such as normal wear-and-tear or obvious damage (such as being crushed, badly bent, significantly damaged due to force.) All of our vermeil (plated) pieces receive a fresh coating of plating prior to shipping but future “dips” or re-coatings are not covered under our warranty, as the plating will slowly wear off over time with normal wear.
