Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4pm EST are processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Prior to checkout you will be able to select your desired shipping method from our preferred carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL Express, UPS). Choose from a variety of shipping methods such as standard, expedited and express.
- Please note shipping times quoted by carriers are the estimated time it will take your package to arrive once it has shipped.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping carrier, method and shipping destination selected.
- We are happy to offer free First Class shipping to our domestic customers spending $150 or more. No code needed.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship to all 50 United States and worldwide. Currently we are unable to ship to the Czech Republic and Singapore.
International Shipping:
- Shop Fox and Stone is not responsible for any duties, import taxes or tariffs assigned to your order. Any duties, import taxes or tariffs assigned are not additional postage due, they are taxes/fees assessed by your local government.
- As of October 1st, 2025, DHL Express supports prepaid duties. This option is recommended for clients that wish to pay assigned duties ahead of delivery.
Tracking and Insurance:
- All orders are shipped with tracking insurance.
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking umber via e-mail. We highly recommend signing up for tracking updates through the carrier's website for the most up to date tracking information.
- Estimated shipping dates provided by carriers are simply estimations and therefore Shop Fox and Stone is unable to directly guarantee exact arrival dates.
- Your package will be shipped fully insured. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at ShopFoxandStone@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Shop Fox and Stone is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Address Changes:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed.
